The OMNiON “Marketing, Sales & Service Executive” Job Opening requires you to:
- MAKE FREQUENT PHONE CALLS
- Call prospective clients, discuss current OMNiON media services & solutions, explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Make frequent cold calls – contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to consider our services.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
- Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
- PERFORM MARKET RESEARCH
- Do market research to obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
- GENERATE REVENUE / SALES
- Identify client needs & build rapport & trust.
- Generate sales, achieving targets, promotions.

Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

SERVICE OMNiON CUSTOMERS

Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.

Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.

Schedule appointments for management to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.

Shift rotation is mandatory [OMNiON services U.S. customers and works 365 days of the year, 24 hours of the day. All team members are required to work six days per week and rotate shifts.].

At OMNiON, we’d like that you have:

Top-notch Customer Service skills.

An effective communicator, a team player, and able to read, research market opportunities.

English language conversational skills.
-
Proficiency in written and spoken English a pre-requisite, including spelling and syntax.

Must be organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and accurate.

Adobe InDesign, Photoshop or QuarkXPress skills are beneficial.
-
Multiple languages, a plus [Portuguese, German, French & Italian in particular].

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage projects, while adhering to deadlines.

Willingness to accept constructive feedback and apply recommended changes.

Punctuality, good attendance and cooperative attitude essential.

Ability to work late and/or on holidays to meet customer deadlines.

Positive & “can do” attitude

Must be willing to relocate to OMNiON offices in Bangalore or Udupi, India
